Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for mobile phones, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or malfunction. If you believe your phone is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a warranty claim. Our team will evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair or replacement of the device.

By purchasing a mobile phone from us, you agree to this no change of mind or refund policy.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@thetinyphone.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
