Terms and Conditions 

PROCESSING

  • Orders placed on Monday - Friday are processed within 2-3 days. (Please allow 3 days if your order was placed on Friday - Sunday).

SHIPPING (ESTIMATED TIMES PER COUNTRY/COURIER LINKS)

  • Please note that items within the store are located at our different warehouses across the world based on inventory.  If you ordered more than one item, they will likely arrive in distinct packages within a few days of one another.
  • Australia, Europe & United States: 20 - 30+ business days
  • Rest of the world: 20 - 30+ business days

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES 

  • Address changes and cancellations will not be accepted once the order has been shipped. If the order is shipped you can apply for a refund, and then we will mail a return shipping label for you to return the order for a refund.  
  • Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once the order has been placed. Please contact the shipping service directly to address any issues.
  • Please email us at Support@thetinyphone.com and provide your order number, first and last name on the order, or email you provided us when you purchased.
  • Once the product has been accepted for a return, the shipping costs relating to a return will normally be paid by the customer unless the product is assessed as having a major failure. In this case we will be responsible for any shipping costs and you will be advised how to return the product at no cost to you.
  • If your order fails to deliver or is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund. (If it has been 30 days since it was returned to us you will have to place an additional order. We will allow free shipping at this point and send your original order as well.)

RETURNS 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@thetinyphone.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
